Mental Health Clinic Manager and Biller

Seeking friendly individual with an interest in mental health to join the team. This position has a variety of daily tasks in the office including interacting with clients and data entry into electronic medical record.

Description:

Responsible for the operations of the clinic

PRISM for PTSD/Depression technician training also completed to be able to complete sessions.

Example of duties:

Answering the phone, taking messages and scheduling appointments.

Greeting clients and assisting with any needs.

Faxing and scanning records.

Assisting with payments.

Entering payments and troubleshooting claim processing.

Following up on insurance claims as needed.

Using the electronic medical record and other software such as electronic fax.

Light cleaning.

PRISM for PTSD/Depression (neurofeedback) technician to complete sessions with client (training provided). Will discuss further with interview.

Minimum qualifications:

Able to read and write with basic computer skills. Able to learn new programs and adapt to an electronic medical record. Training will be provided.

Equivalent to high school mathematics related to billing and data entry.

Ability to understand basic principles of role.

Pay based on experience.
