Motorola MB8600 cable modem - works with Midco - please read

This modem is on Midco's approved modems list. If you mostly download, this modem will work up to 1Gbps. HOWEVER, for some reason my uploads are capped at ~50Mbps when I should be getting ~300Mbps. Midco has had techs out to my place and can't explain why. I need to upload large files for my new job so I need to upgrade.
