Peppers, peppers everywhere! Calling all preservers. We have a bumper crop of bell peppers and have a smoking deal for you. A 5 gallon pails worth of peppers could be yours, bagged and ready to go.

Think of all the things you can use peppers for and not have to pay winter produce prices for if you chop and freeze them now?! We dice and slice ours (after sanitizing of course!), put them in snack size or sandwich size zip top bags and freeze them in gallon zip top freezer bags. Easy, peasy!

The bags are about 15 pounds. Imperfect peppers are $25 a bag, practically perfect are $50 a bag.
