Stone Crafter Shop Position

Heim Granite is looking for a stone crafter to fabricate stone countertops in our shop.

Job Duties:

- Work as a team member

- Use quality assurance techniques

- Adhere to safety procedures

- Follow manufacturing methods or techniques

- Read technical drawings

- Use precision measuring tools or equipment

- Use hand or power tools

- Cut, shape, fit, or join granite or other construction materials

- Move or lift heavy objects

- Determine or tool requirements

- Install prefabricated building components

- Measure and mark layout for construction projects

- Measure construction dimensions

- Operate granite equipment

- Facility clean-up and maintenance

Stonecrafting is an art. Great care and pride are required to perform this job to its highest potential. This job includes fabrication of granite countertops, vanities, tabletops, counters fireplace hearths, and facades.

Starting Pay $19 to 20/hr depending on experience
