(Used) Extreme Model No. 425-1669 1/2 H.P. garage door opener assembly. It came off of a 9' X 9' door. It is seven years old and came off a cold storage building. This model is designed to handle a 7' to 18' door. I was told the control board is bad. I ordered a new control board. The new control board comes with it. This brand is sold by Menard's. It comes complete with an outside remote keypad, two portable remotes, the installation manual, sensor eyes and all the installation hardware.
