Vintage Hammer Mill/Grinder-Mixer

An older vintage Owatonna grinder/mixer. Unit is older, has rust, and shows signs of wear, for being outside. Not sure if operational, or how much is needed to fix up, but still good for parts mostly. The main hopper is good, but base of hopper has a hole and is rusting out.
