We are the 2nd owner of this 2021 Keystone Carbon M-358 / 5th Wheel Toy Hauler that is in excellent shape and very well taken care of. We never transported anything in the toy hauler and the previous owner had it for a year and hauled a golf cart.

We had the camper listed earlier this spring and summer but then decided not to sell it. The camper is located on our lot near Long Lane, just east of Lake Metigoshe and available to look at it and fully hooked up.

Two items that need repair. The rear awning always worked prior years, however, this year it extended as deigned for pictures. After I retracted the awning, I wanted more photos and would only extend 4 inches.

2nd item, I installed a new fuel pump and controlled for the fuel station which works as designed, however, the fuel gauge did not work. I then purchased a new sending unit to be installed in the 30 gallon fuel tank and once installed, the fuel gauge should work.

The Onan Generator operates awesome has only 250 hours and I run it several times a year to keep everything lubricated. I've had it running up to 18 hours straight. It has three slide outs, two with slide toppers. It also has an upgraded suspension with Sumosprings - this camper pulls and rides great. All decals are in excellent shape and I even replaced couple of them. I wax this camper every year for UV protection. The garage has a 3rd A/C professionally installed and works very well and operaties on a separate 30 amp power.

Everything alse on the camper operates as designed. They're are many upgardes to this camper and explained in the word doument in the attached photographs. You will not find a better price on a similiar camper with the upgrades and condition. Only reason we're selling is to downgrade to a smaller camper that can be pulled with a half-ton pickup.
