Bright Blue Plate

Beautiful blue plate with colorful floral design center. Made in Japan. Approximate dimensions 9 inches (9 1/2 inches on handle edges). Plate has a scalloped edge accented with silver. Could be categorized as a cake plate as it has two handles for ease of carrying. Plate would be beautiful on an easel or hanging or even used at the bottom of a favorite pot.
