Vices: can be stubborn and hard to catch in the pasture (just need a bucket of oats!).

He does need a confident/experienced rider as he can occasionally be stubborn about things and likes to think hes the boss. Kids can ride him as long as they know how to ride. He has a lot of go in him yet. He doesn't care for arena riding that much as he gets bored. He likes to get out and go, he has a very fast paced walk. He was bought as a trail horse. My mom (72 yrs old) has ridden him down the dirt roads around our place and through town without any issues. He is a simple hay kind of guy, no special feed. He is a very easy keeper. He will come running into the corral and nickering for his oats. He is top of pecking order here. He doesn't care for being stalled in the barn. He is an outdoor 24/7, 365 kind of guy.

He is barefoot. He is current vaccines, dewormed, farrier. He has been ridden by kids, but they arent "beginner kids". As long as you know how to ride, you can ride this guy.
