Night is an approximate 7 yo grade varnish blue roan mare. She's definitely part Appaloosa but unknown if crossed with anything. Approximately 15.2H

She was started and ridden to include overnight camping in Arkansas but has not been ridden in the past 2 years due to my father passing, moving farms, now an injury. The husband wants more pasture so trying to find homes for some horses and its really unfair to her to just sit again this year.

She's friendly and easy to catch and likes people. She stands tied, trailers, picks up feet, fly sprays, blankets in winter if that's what you choose, etc. She's up to date on dewormer and had 3 way + west Nile vaccination. Has good hooves that are due here again in a week or so and has been shod in the past due to rocky terrain but doesn't need them and hasn't been shod in 2 years.

When she was started she did crowhop and she did put her tongue over the bit but got over that when I was riding her last. She is super sweet and has had quite a bit of training but I would definitely restart her and not just jump right on due to her time off. With that said, I don't think it will take much to get her going again.

She would do best with having a job to do each day or with someone who wants to commit to working with her daily. She seems to want to be someone's main mount!
