13 year old broke paint mare

Shes grade, vet aged 12/13 years old. 15hh. Broke for intermediate on up. I say that because she can be a little prancy when not ridden for a long time, nothing crazy or dangerous, just loves to go ride and takes a bunch of small steps when starting the ride. My kids all ride her, they are teenagers. We have had guests ride her, but they were not beginners.

Done barrels for fun, did a Connie Combs clinic this spring. Rides well in an arena our in the trails. Has been used for hunting in the mountains and ridden a lot in the badlands. Nothing seems to bother this mare. Sure footed, easy to handle. Good for ferrier and vet. Loads and hauls nicely. Only issue with the trailer is she doesnt back out, but we have always hauled in a slant load and she turns herself around easily to walk right out nicely.

Get along well with other horses, used to traffic, machinery and the gun range is right down the road from our house. Nothing bothers her.

Ridden in parades, been used for ranch work before we got her. Crosses water, rides bareback and in a halter. I was told she was roped off before we got her, but we dont rope so I dont know how she is with that. Goes right through coffee shop drive throughs, done obstacle challenges and does very well.

She does have arthritis in her back right hock. Stays sound with an injection. We have recent x-rays. UTD in vaccines and Coggins. All vet records available to serious buyer.
