Are you the person that enjoys luxury camping and having all your fun toys along with you? If so, I have just the rig you need. This 40 foot 2016 Newmar Canyon Star, Model 3921 is also cleverly designed to look like a conventional motorhome and has a ten foot garage to transport your ATV, bicycles, motorcycles, golf cart, or other FUN stuff. After unloading your toys, the rear area converts to a dinette with bench seating, and has two sleeping bunks which are lowered via an electric motor. This area is truly the man cave of the motorhome with its own AC/HVAC system, 32 inch television, AM-FM radio and CD player. A roll up carpet does cover the rubberized floor when you want that homey touch. You can even open the rear cargo door and enjoy the bug free area just by pulling down the full width bug screen.

And now the interior of the coach! The bedroom has an independent controlled air queen sized air bed with tilt feature. Each person can set their sleep number firmness. All cabinets and drawers are cedar lined to deter moths. There is ample storage for clothing within the drawers and closets. Watch television (satellite capable) or Blu-ray movies from the comfort of your bed.

The main living area features a galley kitchen complete with these essentials --microwave/convection oven, 3 burner gas stove, 4 door refrigerator with ice maker, double sink bowls. Store you cookware, utensils, etc. within the many drawers and cabinets. There is also a custom wine glass storage rack and a custom pull out shelf system for easier access.

The dinette table does fold down allowing additional sleeping area for young persons. The seats have underneath drawers that slide out for additional storage. The jackknife couch also provides additional beds for the family and has a storage area beneath it. The three large storage overhead cabinets above the couch will handle all your groceries.

Enclosures above the driver/passenger seats contain the electronics for the coach as well as a front

0.television. The entertainment system does feature surround sound and also a bass sub-woofer.

The bathroom has a porcelain toilet, solid surface countertops (throughout the entire coach), and a large shower. The 10 gallon water heater is dual electric/propane and provides plenty of hot water. Additional cabinets store your personal items. Humid air is expelled through an automatic vent fan, thermostatically controlled, and also has a rain sensor. All three ventilation fans (bathroom, kitchen, man cave) have these deluxe features.

The coach interior comfort is maintained by two AC units and two propane fueled heaters. One AC unit does have a heat pump feature providing heat without using propane.

The exterior has full body paint with a high gloss finish. There are side view cameras (active when turning) as well as a rear camera. The 7kw Onan generator with only 200 hours on it provides plenty of power should you be roughing it. There is also an exterior entertainment compartment with a 32 inch television and AM-FM stereo. Plenty of large storage compartments to pack everything and then some! One piece fiberglass molded roof, front protective film, heated holding tanks, polar pack insulation in roof, 18 foot power awning with remote control and wind sensor, 1000 watt inverter, central vacuum system, exterior roof access ladder, in motion satellite system. It does have a water filter system and water heater bypass system for winterizing. A black tank flush system keeps the tank clean. There is also an exterior shower feature. A separate built in fuel storage compartment will allow you to re-fuel your toys via a gas pump nozzle. This 40 foot motorhome is powered by the Ford V-10 rock solid motor on a F-53 chasis with only 32500 miles on it and only 670 engine hours.
