8 month mixed breed puppy. It is assumed he is German Shepherd/Carolina Dog mix. Intact male, approximately 8 months old. UTD on vaccinations with records and supplies. Great personality, sweet boy with adults, but has his downfalls. We took him in about 2 months ago from severe neglect, he was 30lbs underweight and quite obviously physically abused. We have been working with him day in and out. Exercising, Socializing, different adjustment exercises with our kids. He is just not adjusting to small children in his space at all, despite our efforts. He will nip or attempt to bite in non-stressful environments, IE- while children are seated watching TV or simply playing on the floor. He needs someone experienced in behavioral management, with NO small children in the home. He is NOT for breeding. No rehoming fee, but a home check, and vet references are required.
