Haul Gravel onto Private Road and maintain it flat

Looking for someone that is able to haul gravel to my location (South of Dickinson) and put about an 1inch of gravel onto my private road and also have your own maintainer to flatten it out on the road. Have about 1 mile of private road that needs to be done.
