The Competitive Program & Operations Administrator for the Dickinson Soccer Club manages the administrative framework, compliance, and logistics supporting the clubs competitive youth soccer initiatives.
This role requires an organized professional capable of coordinating complex schedules, managing platforms like GotSport and SportsEngine, and acting as a vital communication hub between teams, families, and coaches
Location: Dickinson, North Dakota
Employment Type: Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week (Hours may vary based on seasonal workload)
Schedule: Flexible hours, with evening and weekend availability required during active competitive soccer seasons
Key Responsibilities
Registration & Compliance: Manage competitive player registration pipelines and ensure all team and roster compliance standards are met.
Communication & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact to communicate clearly and effectively with coaches, team managers, players, and families.
Documentation & Data Control: Maintain updated team rosters and handle all required league documentation securely.
Tournament Logistics: Coordinate comprehensive tournament registrations, schedules, and travel logistics for competitive events.
Volunteer Support: Train, support, and resource volunteer team managers across various age divisions.
Program Administration: Assist with ordering and distributing uniforms, managing club equipment, and executing general daily program administration.
Qualifications
Required:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 12 years of professional administrative experience.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle and protect confidential player and family information.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service capabilities paired with proactive problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Youth Sports: Previous experience working within youth sports organizations.
Software Systems: Direct experience utilizing GotSport, SportsEngine, or highly similar sports relationship management platforms.
Event Planning: Prior experience coordinating sports tournaments or large-scale community events.
