Steel Timbales.

I am not sure on the brand since there is no badging on these drums. They appear to be 70s or 80s. A few extra holes are drilled through the shells. Cow mounting bracket is present, but I dont have the knurled steel bar. The heads are brand new Remo ambassadors, and the drums sound quite good tuned to a perfect fourth apart.
