This is a 2004 v6 5 speed manual transmission Jeep Liberty. We were in Florida last week and needed to pull a small trailer home just purchased it for the road trip home. This was a Florida Jeep we will say there is absolutely no surface rust and undercarriage is absolutely clean ,

We did replace the clutch. Vehicle never burned any oil the whole ride home no dummy lights came on

Vehicle ran much better than I even expected it to.

The following message from the mechanic in St Paul MN :

New clutch disc,pressure plate ,throw out bearing, pilot bearing and clutch slave, clutch slave went bad and just did the whole clutch assembly.
