31 Haulmark Vtrack enclosed trailer

Bought and started converting into a hunting trailer for trips out west. Framed out a bathroom and installed a shower pan and propane shower. Also has cassette toilet. 8 counter top houses 55 gallon fresh water tank and 12v water pump, 600 watt ac inverter and 12v control panel. Installed 4 led lights. Left 15.5 of cargo space in back for a car or side by side/ atvs. Trailer is 8.5x31. 7,000 lb gvwr. Steel framed. Can be converted back quickly as counter and shower walls are simply screwed to steel studs. 100 amp hr agm glass matt battery included. Also parts for sink and misc other items. Bought a farm and dont see myself having time to finish it. Have taken it out a few times and does function as is. Cosmetics arent quite there yet on interior. $9000 with everything. $8500 without battery, tank, pump, shower and inverter. Can be run off grid for about 3 days on a charged battery.
