20011 Heartland Trail Runner. 28'. Has some soft flooring about 36" X 36" square. Camper roof and seams were inspected and repaired by Capitol RV. Have paperwork showing what was done. Flooring glue started to dry up and cause flooring to come up so I have started to replace and finished up to bedroom. Have tile to finish rest of camper. Battery is 2 years old. New toilet, spare tire, digital thermostat, outside shower hose and head, and new fenders. Sooner or later, it could use a new awning canvas, tires, and electric jack. Besides the flooring the camper is in good condition. Everything works as it should.
