4WD. Dual fuel Kubota engine runs on both propane and gas. No stinky diesel. This one is not perfect, but it does run and drive and lift. The platform extension is stuck and would need some attention to extend out. Or use it as is. There is a small oil leak at the front differential. Again, you could fix it or use it as is. This is an inexpensive working rough terrain scissor lift that didn't come over on the Mayflower. $12,500
