Posts, & Ties, are AS IS!

You're NOT gonna take every posts, or tie, off the rack; ... sort through them, and decide you want to buy 5 off the bottom. Then NOT put the ties / posts, you threw on the ground, back on the rack.

If you do, ... (or expect me too) YOU'LL be paying an extra fee, for doing so. Likewise, YOU'RE NOT gonna take all the ties / post, off the rack, throw them on the ground, ... then not buy anything.

It takes a lot of extra work, to pick them up, and put them back on the rack, 10, 20, + times, by myself; without any help. As I'm disabled.

Likewise, if I have to load them up, in an enclosed cattle trailer; there'll be an extra charge for that, as well. BRING A FLATBED TRAILER, that we can load, over the sides. That, or throw them in the back of your pickup truck.

And if you say you're gonna come out, do so, and be on time. This showing up, and taking things, (WITHOUT PAYING FOR ____) When no one's around; is gonna stop.
