Winchester 351 Auto Loader rifle. This rifle is a collectors item. It was produced for the military pre-1960 for various purposes. I have personally only shot it once. It was used by prison guards (we have a theory as to the notches on the guns stock but you can come up with your own!)

Dont be concerned about the 2 serial numbers because that was because military needed interchangeable parts for their own reasons- thats how they were produced.
