*PRICE REDUCED* 2006 Fleetwood Williamsburg Pop up camper

We have had this camper for 6 years now, it has been very good to us. Cheap to pull, lots of room and you can enjoy the sounds of nature as you would in a tent without getting rained out.

This has a nice big slide out, lots of storage, front storage compartment, water heater, fridge, shower, bathroom (easy to dump tote), king bed, queen bed, table folds into a bed, couch for sleeping as well, outside grill included, furnace, roof rack for kayaks, outside shower, stove top, lots more.

New tires 2 years ago (spare included)

Flooring replaced 2 years ago, we did a full update with paint and upholstery at that time as well.

The cranking mechanism does not stop and hold itself in place when roof is up. We ran it like this for a few years, the crank is all new. I think it needs certain torque specs. For now we have been using a ratchet strap on the handle which holds it in place with no issues.
