14 years old named Louie. He has a few phrases

Does not fly, wears anti plucking collar and he has made progress with his belly feathers since we have owned him the last few years. He lets me take the collar off and on just fine. Probably would like a woman better but you never know with birds. He needs someone who trusts him to give him the cuddles he really wants and I'm just not that fit for him.
