Horizontal Fuel Tanks

Tuff-E MFG is now fabricating horizontal skid-based fuel tanks.

We are offering the following fuel tank sizes.

560 gallon- 48" diameter x 72" long.

1,000 gallon- 64" diameter x 72" long.

2,000 gallon- 64" diameter x 144" long.

All tanks are fabricated with 12-gauge sheet steel and 12 Gauge flanged tank heads.

The tanks have the following tank bungs welded in the tanks.

4- 2" NTP threaded tank bung fittings. Two of the 2" tank bungs have extra plate reinforcement for pump and fill support.

1-1-1/2" NTP threaded tank bung fitting.

1-3/4" NTP threaded bung tank fitting.

The tanks have 12 gauge formed skids welded the full length of the tanks.

The tanks have lift lugs welded to the top of the tanks for lifting tanks only when empty.

The tanks are painted with a two component Durethane Polyurethane White paint.
