I.S.O. Studio Rental ~ 200 SQ Feet in Bismarck

Looking for a small room of around 200 SQ feet for an art studio. 24/7 access required. Windows/natural light preferred but not required. Looking for a low cost way to provide more room for creating artwork. Oil painting only, no pottery or sculpting will be done. Open to hearing about anything, please text or email any offerings.

Full time employment so your rent check does not rely on selling artwork- can do 12 month lease or other options for the right deal, would like to keep it between 200 and 400 dollars a month depending on the location.
