Electric winches on the wheels, manual winch on the hitch, 9 holes with catch covers, rubber floor, solar panel (has a plywood protective cover over it the the picture), charge controller, Inverter, garage sized heater works without 12V power and warms up quickly, 2 propane tanks with automatic switch, 2 swivel boat seats, 2 sliding windows, 2 entry doors, battery cabinet and overhead cabinet in the v front, fluorescent ceiling light and several led ceiling lights, 12V fan, AM/FM/Bluetooth radio, heavier gauge aluminum siding than commercially built houses, aluminum was purchased, cut and bent by local manufacturing plant, floor is not insulated yet, ceiling is about 6'1", no spare tire.

*I have 2'' Owens pink foamboard to insulate the floor with that I could throw in with the right deal.
