Set up the tent is 12ft wide by 8ft long

The tent is 8 ft(packed up) so gives 4 ft on the deck for storage when closed.

Fast set up.

Very spacious inside, has 4 bed extensions that double as a bench seat around the table as well as 2 double beds. Table in the center.

Can fit up to 3 ATV's on the deck.

Accessories include:

one set of safety bars for loading, large awning, 11 foot telescoping ramps (around 6 foot when packed up) 2000lb capacity, storage cover for outside storage (it has been stored inside), 2 vinyl window inserts

Trailer has two 3500lb axles with electric brakes on one axle.

The tent pack can be removed and trailer can be used as a high side utility trailer.
