We are selling our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on Lake 5, Dawson ND. We have lived here year round and have enjoyed its quiet, peaceful location with several fishing lakes near by. This is the first year we closed it up due to family responsibilities in town.

Homeowners are responsible for their own snow removal needs. In the past neighbors have worked together to maintain the main road to keep it open.

 I reviewed the google map and it is incorrect. This property is located north of the interstate and can be accessed by taking the Dawson or Robinson exit. Lake 5 is located directly south of Horsehead lake.
