Trojan is an 11-year-old palomino gelding that is absolutely GORGEOUS. Big, thick made, and built exactly how everyone wants one, he's the kind that catches your eye the second he steps off the trailer. I mean, with a name like Trojan, you'd almost expect him to look like a horse that could carry a warrior into battle. And quite frankly, he looks the part. Big, strong, handsome, and yet about as gentle and enjoyable as you could ever want one to be.

This gelding is one-hand broke, rides around quiet and willing, and has the kind of easygoing personality that makes him enjoyable every single day. He isn't one that needs to make things complicated. He rides around the arena willingly, travels out nicely, and is just as happy heading outside for a relaxing ride. He's the kind you can saddle up and simply enjoy without feeling like you have to manage every step he takes.

What I really appreciate about Trojan is that despite his size and presence, he's just a big gentleman. He's kind, dependable, and has the kind of steady disposition that gives his rider confidence. He's not looking for trouble, doesn't need a job to keep his mind occupied, and is perfectly content doing whatever you have planned for the day. Whether that's riding around the farm, spending time in the arena, or simply enjoying an afternoon outside, he's happy to go along with it.

I think sometimes people get so caught up looking for the fanciest horse, the most impressive pedigree, or the one with the most buttons that they forget how valuable a genuinely good-minded horse really is. Trojan is the kind that reminds you why you wanted a horse in the first place. He's gorgeous enough to turn heads, but it's his kind personality and uncomplicated way of going that make him so enjoyable to have around.

If you're looking for a big, beautiful palomino gelding with a quiet mind, a good handle, and the kind of disposition that makes you look forward to riding him, Trojan deserves a serious look. He's got the looks of a warhorse and the personality of a gentleman. I don't know that you could ask for a whole lot more than that.
