Used for a commuter for the past two years, 40,000 miles put on over that span, never left me stranded or had any mechanical issues.

The Good-

Tires have less than 5,000 miles on them.

New rear brake pads and rotors put in this year.

New front brake pads and rotors put on last summer.

Oil changed every 4,000 miles for the last 40,000 miles.

Remanufactured transmission installed at 131,000 miles, have receipt from previous owner who had work done.

Has been reliable for the past two years, would make a good running-around vehicle or first vehicle for a young driver.

The not so goods-

Has salvage title-not sure why it was salvaged, bought it that way and the previous owner did not know either.

Has rust on rear hatch, inside door jambs, front left fender and underbody.

Has rock chips on windshield, no cracks.

Burns about 1 quart of oil per 1500 miles. Known condition with these engines, not specific to this vehicle only.

Sunroof was sealed shut before I owned it, not sure why.

Lights are beginning to go out behind instrument cluster.

Dent on rear hatch.
