Lawn Mower and String Trimmer

Used Husqvarna lawn mower with Honda engine. Not in the greatest shape but still runs fine and has some life in it. One wheel adjuster has been welded to the middle position because the adjusting mechanism broke.

Also have a Craftsman string trimmer that starts and idles fine but doesn't want to run at full throttle. Tried a new carb kit and fuel line but it didn't fix the issue, don't have time to troubleshoot it anymore.
