Pay: $17$25 per hour, depending on experience

HOBBS Incorporated builds and services fuel systems across North Dakota: gas stations, fleet fueling sites and municipal projects. We need hard-working laborers to support our crews, and well train the right people to become technicians.

What Youll Do

Dig, backfill and compact around tank installs, piping runs and dispenser islands

Help set tanks, and run pipe alongside our technicians

Load, unload and keep trucks, tools and equipment organized

Run (or learn to run) skid steers, mini excavators and other small to mid-size equipment

Set up traffic control and keep job sites clean and safe

What Were Looking For

Shows up on time, every time. Owns mistakes. Works safely.

Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (must pass an insurance MVR check)

Able to lift 75100 lbs, kneel, crouch and work in North Dakota weather

Willing to travel, including some overnights

Construction, farm or mechanical experience is a plus but not required

Wed rather hire the right attitude and teach the skills.

Pay & Benefits

$17$25/hr depending on experience

Overtime after 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week

Health insurance after 90 days, split 50/50 with the company

After 3 years of continued service and progress on the pathway to Tier 1 Tech, health insurance becomes 100% company-paid

401(k) with company match after 1 year

Paid training and a clear path from Laborer to Technician

Our laborers learn the trade from experienced techs on real job sites. Put in the work and pick up the skills, and you can move into our Construction/Service Technician role ($19$35/hr with fully company-paid health coverage).
