Notice is hereby given by Desperado Inc. DBA 3S Properties that self storage facility lien, We will be having 4 storage units, a pickup, Motorhome and pickup box trailer, Auctioned due to foreclosure.

This will be a Cash Sale.

There will be a $100 refundable clean out fee once unit is cleaned out.

This unit has a 4 days clean out timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 4 days to remove ALL items from the unit.

Photos show only what was reasonably visible from the entrance. Tons of miscellaneous items and unknown contents throughout. -- what you see is what you get, including contents not clearly visible in photos.
