Concrete Pump Operator

Giscon LLC is seeking a skilled and safety oriented concrete pump operator to join our team. Come work with a family owned company that will treat you like more than a number. We are looking for driven, personable, and honest individuals who do not mind long seasonal hours. We will have you home every night with the occasional single overnight stay. We offer competitive pay, retirement, and health insurance. Pay is dependent on experience, skill level, and attendance.

Key duties and responsibilities:

-Minimum of a class B CDL or ability to obtain.

-Experience working with concrete.

-Experience operating equipment.

-Timely attendance is an absolute deal breaker.

-Proactively maintain a clean and safe work environment.

-Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude.

-Strong problem solving skills and the ability to learn new skills quickly.

-Ability to meet and maintain insurability standards to drive a company vehicle.

-Ability to pass a drug/alcohol test at random.

-Ability to speak fluent English.

-Must be able to lift up to 70lbs and stand for long periods of time.

-Must have a reliable source of transportation.

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Must be flexible with working overtime as workload dictates.
