Gypsy Vanner 15 Years Old Gentle Gelding

Cloud is a gorgeous grey (turned white) gelding.

He is sound but requires feather maintenance. He has mild CPL which is common in this breed, and gets itchy and little sores when his feathering is wet or muddy. We do not do a lot with it but it could use some extra attention.

Well broke to ride, weve had him for the past 5 years and put a lot of miles on him. He is great on trails and trailers well. Not spooky, gets the kids around safely. Has been though Dairy Queen and loves the attention. Will push cows and good around pigs and machinery, all sorts of things. Has been to 4h shows and will carry a flag or anything asked of him. Has been in clinics with the kids, Clinton Anderson & Kerry Kuhn.

Vices: he has run home once or twice with a young inexperienced rider. Made her a good rider though, isnt dangerous. Doesnt buck or rear. After his last teeth floating he gets really nervous about needles or syringes. He is more sensitive than some horses to strangers and really likes to bond with someone. But not too weird about it, he will warm up quickly. If you ask him to cross a stream he will try to jump it. But he does cross the water and we have him cross a lot. But he thinks he needs to jump it! Its a little quirky. Can ride double or triple. Will swim in ponds!

Good for farrier. Has a mustache and nice hair, and a beautiful dished face. Only selling because kids want faster horses and he needs someone to groom him more than we do! Doesnt need to go, serious inquires only please. We will be a bit picky about where he goes as hes been a special horse.

Rides in snaffle or hackamore. Great with other horses, mid to lower on pecking order
