POP UP CAMPER

1989 Rockwood POP UP camper for sale in Minot!

This is a smaller older pop up camper, but sleeps 5-6 people if you leave the dogs outside.

Vinyl plank floor, newer Grey upholstery and entire interior recently steam cleaned and ozoned

We removed the bulky sink that never got used, but installed a portable air conditioner (pictured) in its place! And it comes with it!

Runs off 110 regular outlet, thick cord about 15' long

Roof resealed ~ 2 years ago and all tarps in perfect condition, we got thunderstormed on HARD at the lake last summer and not a DROP inside other than the window zipper we had cracked by mistake.

2" ball, trailer lights and sidelight work perfectly, has cool new American flag LED tail lights

This is a great starter camper to see if you want to get into it. It takes about 15-20 minutes to be set up and sitting down relaxing once you get it down it has created a ton of great memories for my family it's just time to get something different. The thing is 40 years old and thus has little nicks here and there but they are uniquenesses not something malfunctioning or busted.
