Well maintained explorer. 4.0 V6. Ive owned this vehicle for the last 15 years and have done regular maintenance on it. Oil changed every 2500-3000 miles. Maybe burns a quart of oil per change. Last changed 500 miles ago. Body has 144,068 miles, transmission has 63,185 miles (have paperwork),motor was replaced 4/6/2020 with a 95 explorer, which I also owned and has 167,793 miles on it. Have a spare alternator and starter that came off the 95 that will go with. It is rusty but the inside is in excellent condition for the year. 4x4, heat/AC,cruise, electric doors, keypad and locks all work. No check engine lights. Battery is only a year old. The only 2 things that dont work are the rear wiper and the interior lights dont come on when the driver door is opened. Comes on with all other doors. New brake pads in February. I used it all summer to drive from Minot to Berthold and back for work. Averaged 17-19 MPG. Runs good and drives straight. Great vehicle, only reason Im getting rid of it is I have too many vehicles. Miles will go up as Im still using it for my daily driver until it sells.
