Mobile Home

I have a 1965 Wolverine double-wide mobile home/trailer house to be moved. The size is 20'x50'ft. One bathroom and 2 bedrooms. It's old and will need some updates but is perfectly livable. It's only been sitting empty since July. It has a high-efficiency propane furnace that's like new. It's had some new windows and has been reinsulated so heats and cools quite easily. Also included are the water heater, dishwasher, and fridge. It needs new flooring in some rooms but the subfloor is solid. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out who has the ability to do some light carpentry work. It would work for a house, cabin, or heated workspace. Pictures are available at request but a phone call and personal visit would be best. I also own moving dollies so for the DIY person, moving wouldn't necessarily be dependent on a professional mover.
