New motor roughly 28000 miles ago

After repairing motor she runs good and is a good gas mileage car. Would like to keep it but we dont have room to store. Always kept in heated garage since owned and regular oil changes. Has heated seats and a sunroof. Great starter car or for commutes. Salvage titile is from taking out a racoon and trashing oil pan. Hence the new motor. Any questions just ask. Not looking to screw anyone over just want to be honest about what happened.
