Motorhome 1996 Beaver Marquis Ruby 40' 365 hp CAT with Gillig Chassis (Million Mile Chassis).

I'm selling my 1996 Beaver Marquis Ruby 40' due to Cancer in the familiy. It is a custom Beaver build. It has a second entry door into the kitchen on the passenger side of the coach. Diesel Caterpillar 3176B 350HP Engine, Gillig Chassis ($20,000.00 upgrade), Alisson 6-speed automatic transmission, Onan 7.5 DKD Generator, New Flex Armor Roof ($8,000.00) installed June 2022 with lifetime transferable waranty, new chassis battery, front tires are four years old, Rear tires are one year old, 176,000 miles total, King Dome satellite dish (haven't used yet), and custom made Shade-Tech sun shade window covers.

I had Dave Atherton run the engine Diagnostics last year at the Lincoln, NE rally, and it's in excellent condition. I replaced the belts and changed all the filters. Changed the engine oil, and transmission fluid. Removed the radiators to clean and flush. I had the Aqua Hot Dealer/Tech check the heating system in Lincoln, and he was amazed at how well it works. The original water heater was replaced with a residential one before I owned it.

It is 28 years old and has some age spots, and a few issues (as they all do) that need attention. The Tub faucets and drain need to be replaced, the side entrance door has water damage and can be rebuilt or the whole door can be purchased, and the basement door hinges need some TLC. It's certainly not perfect, but it is nice for $24,900. It sold for over $400,000.00 as a custom build Motor coach in 1996. We bought it and were slowily fixing and updating issues with every intention of going full time, but the cancer diagnosis is forcing us to sell it.
