4holes with sleeves and buckets to reach ice

Futon folds down for bed or couch

Upper bunk folds up .

Furnace works for heat . Even window a/c if you get to hot !!

Bathroom toilet - tank removed . Goes straight out on ice or catch in bucket

Fridge works

More storage cupboards and closet .

No buddy heaters or propane tanks included . I will get cleaned up .

Doors need some work as well has cupboard door latches .
