Duties
Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with customers
Perform routine engine maintenance, such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs
Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts
Adjust components according to specifications
Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts
Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs
Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used

We understand how important work life balance is and that is why you will get to be home each night, most weekends off, only work Monday Thursday during winter hours (unless it snows) along with some holidays off and vacation & sick pay. You wont have to worry about being laid off to find another source of income in the winter since our team works a full-time schedule and year-round. On the job training can be done but experience is preferred.
