If you are looking at an SBR project, this would be a good one.
I SBR'ed this in 2022. I purchased the federal tax stamp and modified it so that the folding stock was functional. I converted it back to its original configuration recently and had ATF remove it from the NFRTR database, as to sell it easier. It is much easier, cheaper and faster for an individual to fill out ATF form 1 and purchase a tax stamp than to try to transfer an SBR if one so desires to do so.
So, the location of the button release on the top has been reamed out to fit.
PLEASE NOTE/UNDERSTAND: THIS FIREARM IS CURRENTLY NOT AN SBR. (short barrel rifle). As the folding stock is currently LOCKED in the folded position. A person cannot make the stock functional unless they apply for and RECEIVE a federal tax stamp from BATF.
FYI: As of Jan. 1, 2026, the 'Federal Tax Stamp Fee' has been abolished!!!!!

3 - 35rd magazines. All function perfectly.
