MORE POWERFUL ENGINE

The new 249cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine features a new finger-follower valve train, a new bridged-box-bottom piston, a shorter stroke and a wider bore. The KX™250 motorcycle builds up stunning high-rpm power with a higher compression ratio, more aggressive cams, larger intake/exhaust valves and revised exhaust system.

UPGRADED SUSPENSION

A new 48mm KYB coil-spring fork offers smoother action while the new Uni-Trak® rear suspension link and KYB shock with dual compression adjustability helps soak up whatever the track throws your way.

STRONGER BRAKES

High-rpm power calls for superior stopping power. In the front, an oversized 270mm Braking® petal disc and dual-piston caliper with upgraded brake pad materials offer improved feel for increased braking performance. In the rear, a new larger-diameter 250mm Braking petal disc and new lighter-weight master cylinder deliver stronger stopping power.
