Preferable that you have a 'ND Concealed Weapons License'. That would make purchase simple.

Government issued ID required. ie. driver's license, etc.

You must be a United States Citizen.

You must be a North Dakota resident.

You must be 21 years old.

You must be legal to purchase and own a firearm in the US & ND.

If you are from another state, firearm must be shipped to an ffl dealer in your state for transfer.

Shipping for transfer to an ffl dealer in another state will be an additional cost.

If you do not have a 'ND Concealed Weapons License':

All sales/transfers will be handled through my local ffl dealer.

That will include a NICS background check. (cost for NICS is included in price).
