Katahdin X East Friesian Ewes

We have to cut back on numbers so have a few 50% Katahdin 37.5% East Friesian, 12.5% Awassi yearling ewes available. Also 2 late born twin ewe lambs 75% Katahdin x dairy.

We are breeding for shedding ability and these three yearlings aren't looking like they'll shed as well as some of our others, so we are offering them for sale to somebody who won't mind that about them and is more interested in their ability to milk or raise nice fast growing lambs for meat. All have shedded on legs and bellies.

Asking $250 for the yearlings

Aronia - yearling. Raised our largest ram lamb (a single) out of 50 lambs, so evidently she will milk well! We sheared her top end.

Goji - yearling. She raised twins this year and is a very large framed girl for a yearling.

Papaya - yearling. She has such a friendly personality naturally and should have a decent udder.

Twin Weanlings - 75% Katahdin out of very good shedding lines. These two were born out of one of our good shedding F1 yearlings and were born later than our main lamb crop, so we kept them back, but they can be weaned anytime now. Asking $200 each
