This machine works great. Does everything its supposed to do. A floor burnisher is a high-speed commercial machine ($1,000$3,500+) that spins at 1,500 to 2,500+ RPM to polish floor finishes, harden waxes, and restore a "wet look" shine. Unlike slow-speed buffers used for scrubbing, burnishers move straight forward and backward, utilizing friction to heat and gloss the floor surface.

All parts in the photo come with. We have no use for it anymore.
