About the Role

As a seasonal Tax Associate at H&R Block, youll begin a career in tax and client servicesno prior tax experience required. With training and support from day one, youll work directly with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions while building valuable skills and strong client relationships. Youll earn a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities to increase your earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office.

Required Qualifications

*Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course

*Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment

*Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs

*Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions

*Comfort using digital tools and systems included AI based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT

*High school diploma / GED/ equivalent
