Victorian Velvet Stool

Stool swivels to raise or lower. Seat measures 13 inches square, upholstered in maroon velvet, with fringe. There are 3 cast iron black legs attached to a wooden base. Circa approx. 1900. Very nice shape. Would make a pretty accent piece! Can bring to Bismarck.
